What to look for in the project photos

  • Eavestrough replacement: look at the gutter runs, corners and where the downspouts carry water. A similar-looking home may need a different outlet layout.
  • Gutter guards: check which product is named. T-Rex and DoublePro are installed with new gutters; suitable retrofit products are a separate option for existing gutters.
  • Soffit and fascia: compare the roof-edge finish and how it meets the gutters. Repairs to supporting wood must be assessed separately.
  • Siding projects: look at panel layout, window surrounds, cladding and transitions between finishes, as well as the colour.
