I'm extremely satisfied with the service from start to finish. They provided a detailed quotation within a few days (unlike a big box store that needed 3 weeks to schedule an appointment). The quality of their work was excellent. They did a thorough cleanup - you wouldn't know they had been there. My payment wasn’t required until all the work was completed to my satisfaction. Stas and Gennadiy are a good example of true hard working and honest men. They replaced our eavestrough and installed new leaf guards. Stas and Gennadiy provide excellent service. Gennadiy responded quickly and gave us a detailed quote which was fair and reasonable and we accepted without hesitation. They are hard working, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite and on time. They worked all day and when they left the roof and area around our house was cleaner then when they arrived. You can see that they take pride in their work. It’s nice to see that there are people out there with that kind of work ethics. The follow up call to make sure we were satisfied is proof of their commitment to a job well done. I was very impressed with the professionalism and service received from Maxima Aluminum. My call was returned promptly, a quote given and although they were booked up with bigger installation jobs , they recognized the urgency of my situation and completed the repair on a weekend.
