Brampton: Mount Pleasant, Credit Valley, Springdale, Castlemore, Vales of Castlemore, Bramalea, Heart Lake, Sandalwood, Sandringham–Wellington, Fletcher’s Meadow, Fletcher’s Creek South, Huttonville, Gore Meadows, Snelgrove, Bram West, Bram East, Northwood Park, Downtown Brampton.
Caledon: Bolton, Caledon East, Mayfield West (Southfields), Caledon Village, Inglewood, Cheltenham, Palgrave, Terra Cotta.
We install seamless aluminum eavestrough in Brampton sized to your roof area. Each run gets proper slope, secure fastening, and clean corners. Plus, smart outlet placement matters here. Many Brampton homes have long roof runs, multiple valleys, and steep pitches. So water moves quickly and needs the right outlet plan.
Standard 5″ K-style eavestrough handles most builder-grade subdivisions. 6″ K-style is recommended for two-storey homes in Mount Pleasant, Castlemore, and deeper-eave Caledon executive builds.
Downspouts control where water ends up. We size and place them based on roof volume and drainage paths. For long runs and valley-heavy rooflines, we often recommend 3×4″ high-flow downspouts. These are common in Springdale, Castlemore, and Mount Pleasant new builds. Plus, we install extensions and routing that keeps water away from foundations, walkways, and driveway edges.
We install vented soffit where airflow is needed. Plus, fascia cladding protects roof edges from moisture, ice, and wind. Strong, clean fascia in Brampton homes prevents premature rot, staining, and uneven roofline appearance. Builder-grade subdivisions often have under-spec attic venting. So we upgrade to continuous-vent soffit where required.
When you’re upgrading the exterior, we install siding in Brampton with weather-tight detailing around openings and transitions. Proper flashing around windows and doors is critical. This is where water intrusion often starts. Plus, we work with all the major brands: Gentek, Kaycan, Mitten, and Sagiper engineered wood-look board-and-batten.
Tree-lined streets in Heart Lake, Bramalea, Snelgrove, and Caledon rural lots clog gutters fast. So we install low-clog systems: Alu-Rex T-Rex (continuous hanger) and Alu-Rex DoublePro (micro-perforation). These reduce blockages, improve flow, and lower cleaning frequency. As an Alu-Rex Elite Installer, we have direct access to factory training and warranty support.
We can add extra outlets on deep eaves. Plus, we install extensions or splash blocks to move water away from gardens, walkways, and driveway edges. As a result, you get smoother flow. You also get fewer stains on brick or stucco and less splashback near entrances and garage aprons.
Newer subdivisions in Springdale, Castlemore, Vales of Castlemore, and Mount Pleasant often have long roof runs and deep eaves. So we plan extra outlets and often recommend 3×4″ downspouts for faster discharge and better storm results.
In Bolton and Caledon East, wider lots and clay soils can hold surface water. So we route discharge toward swales and away from driveway aprons. As a result, you get less splashback, less erosion, and less staining.
Rural Caledon properties in Palgrave, Inglewood, and Terra Cotta often have steeper pitches and mature trees. These benefit from 6″ K-style eavestrough plus T-Rex continuous hanger guards.
Have a small issue? We do gutter repair in Brampton homes year-round. Common fixes include resealing corners, re-strapping loose sections, correcting slope, or replacing short damaged lengths.
Roughly 40% of our Brampton calls are repairs and 60% are replacements. We’ll give you honest advice on which makes financial sense. In most cases, we can fix small issues in a single visit. If a quick fix won’t last, we’ll recommend a clean upgrade. So you don’t pay twice.
4.9 out of 5 based on 534 verified customer reviews.
“Maxima replaced our eavestrough and added gutter guards on our Mount Pleasant home last fall. Crew showed up exactly when they said, finished in a day, and the work looks fantastic. No more overflow at the back corner that’s been a problem for years. Already recommended them to two neighbours.”
— Verified HomeStars Customer, Mount Pleasant (Brampton)
“Hired Maxima for full siding replacement on our Bolton property. The estimate was the most detailed of the three I got, the crew was professional, and the finish is sharp. They even fixed a flashing detail around our front bay window that the previous installer had done wrong. Five stars.”
— Verified Google Customer, Bolton (Caledon)
“Great experience. They installed new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough on our Castlemore home. The 3×4 downspouts they recommended make a huge difference during heavy rain — water actually goes where it should now. Clean job site, clear pricing, no surprises.”

We cover the full exterior envelope on Brampton and Caledon homes. This includes eavestrough and downspout installation, aluminum soffit, fascia upgrades, vinyl and engineered siding, and aluminum cladding on wood trim. Most jobs are bundled — we do eavestrough plus soffit plus fascia in one visit. Plus we offer full-exterior refreshes when homeowners are ready to change siding colour and material at the same time.
Builder-grade vinyl and 5-inch K-style eavestrough usually hit replacement age at 12–18 years in Peel. This applies especially on north- and west-facing walls. Common triggers in Mount Pleasant, Fletcher’s Meadow, Credit Valley, and newer Caledon pockets like Southfields include: sagging gutters from ice loading, cracked fascia corners, faded siding on sun-exposed walls, and damaged soffit vent panels. A mid-life refresh of the eavestrough plus targeted siding panel upgrades usually runs $3,500–$7,500. That’s far cheaper than waiting until fascia rot triggers a full tear-off.
Standard 5″ K-style handles most builder-grade Brampton subdivisions built between 1990 and 2010. Think Sandalwood, Heart Lake, Bramalea, and Fletcher’s Meadow. 6″ K-style is the right call in three situations: two-storey homes in Castlemore, Vales of Castlemore, Mount Pleasant, and Springdale with deep eaves and steep pitches; rural Caledon executive builds with metal roofs that shed water fast; and any home where the existing 5″ system is overflowing at corners during heavy rain. The price difference is typically $400–$800 for the full perimeter. If you’re already replacing the system, it’s nearly always worth the upgrade.
We run 0.027-inch gauge aluminum on 5-inch K-style eavestrough as standard. Plus we step up to 0.032 on 6-inch oversize systems. Fascia uses 0.019 pre-painted aluminum over existing wood, in any standard Kaycan or Gentek colour. Seamless lengths are rolled on-site from coil stock — no lap joints within a run. Heavier gauge matters in Peel Region because of clay-soil frost heave. A stiffer gutter handles the freeze-thaw expansion on brackets without bending by year 5.
Brampton and Caledon see bigger daily temperature swings than lakefront cities. They’re further from Lake Ontario’s softening effect. Rural Caledon is more exposed than Brampton. That drives three wear patterns: vinyl siding cracking at bottom courses from snow-shovel impact, fascia nails backing out as wood freezes and thaws, and ice damming along north-facing eaves when attic venting is under-spec. So our soffit installs include vented or strip-vent upgrades where existing airflow is not enough. A code-minimum install often isn’t sufficient for a 2-storey Brampton home or a rural Caledon property with deeper eaves.
Brampton is a 35–45 minute drive from our Mississauga shop. Caledon adds another 15–25 minutes. Travel time depends on whether we’re in Bolton, Caledon East, or rural areas. We keep a rotating schedule of Peel-specific weeks. Eavestrough-only jobs usually start within 7–14 days of a signed quote in peak season (April–November). Full-exterior siding upgrades need a 3–5 week window. That time covers cladding material ordering and crew capacity alignment. For emergencies — a loose gutter or leaking fascia after a windstorm — we can usually be on-site within 48 hours.
