Founded on March 8, 2002 by Gennadiy Polovynko and Stas Merkulov, Maxima Aluminum LTD has served the GTA for over a decade across residential, commercial, and federal projects. WSIB, Safety & Training

For homeowner-contracted residential projects, WSIB coverage is not legally required for company owners under Ontario’s home renovation exemption. Our installation crews maintain valid WSIB clearance certificates at all times, and we carry $2,000,000 liability insurance for your protection. If WSIB coverage is specifically requested for a project, Maxima Aluminum LTD can obtain and provide it immediately.

Safety training: Working at Heights and WHMIS training proof is available upon request (crew-specific for the team assigned to your project).

Permits

Permits are typically not required for gutter, soffit, fascia, siding, or aluminum cladding. If a permit is required (rare), the homeowner is responsible unless otherwise stated in the estimate/contract.
