Mississauga Eavestrough Project — Red-Brick Home

Mississauga eavestrough project on a red-brick home, with a Maxima Aluminum lawn sign beside the driveway.

Eavestrough and downspout work on a red-brick home in Mississauga, with the Maxima lawn sign beside the driveway.

This Mississauga eavestrough project involved eavestrough and downspout work by Maxima Aluminum LTD on the red-brick home pictured here. The front view shows the home’s roof drainage above the double garage and covered entrance, with our lawn sign beside the driveway.

Eavestrough and downspout work

Gutters collect runoff along the roof edge, while downspouts carry it towards the discharge points. Both parts need to work together. A gutter project therefore involves more than choosing a colour: the roof layout, outlet locations and route to ground level also matter.

On a home with several roof sections, an estimate should account for the separate gutter runs and how they connect to the downspouts. We assess those details for each property rather than applying the same arrangement to every house.

When discussing roof drainage, let us know where water currently collects and whether you want to change any downspout locations. Photos of the roof edges and ground-level discharge points help us understand the work before a site visit.
